Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the myCarJP application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the application.

2. Use of Service

myCarJP is a platform that:

• Connects vehicle buyers and sellers
• Allows publication of vehicle advertisements
• Facilitates communication between users

You agree to use the service only for legal purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3. User Account

To use the service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years old

4. Vehicle Advertisements

When publishing an advertisement, you guarantee that:

• All information is true and accurate
• You have legal authority to sell the vehicle
• The vehicle is free of undisclosed liens and encumbrances
• Photos correspond to the advertised vehicle

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Publish false or misleading information
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Harass or harm other users
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the application's operation

6. Transaction Responsibility

myCarJP acts only as an intermediary. We are not part of any transaction between buyers and sellers. You are responsible for:

• Verifying vehicle information
• Performing inspections before purchase
• Negotiating terms and conditions of sale
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All application content, including design, logos, texts and code, is property of U-innova and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

myCarJP is not responsible for:

• Quality, safety or legality of advertised vehicles
• Accuracy of information provided by users
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Damages resulting from service use

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without prior notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these terms or for any reason we deem appropriate.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Japan.

12. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Our application offers auto-renewable subscriptions with the following terms:

• Premium Plan: ¥3,000/month with 30-day free trial
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Current subscription cannot be cancelled during the active subscription period

For Apple App Store subscriptions, additional terms apply as per Apple's Terms of Service.
